This season, for DASC Indoor Events (Winter Games/Futsal) we are utilizing online check in.


To participate in the Winter Games/Futsal Event, teams are required to upload 4 items as part of check in:

  1. Player Cards for every player. 
  2. A  Certified team roster
  3. Permission To Travel Document (not needed for SD teams, IA teams and US Club teams)
  4. A copy of the Coaches Code Of Conduct, signed by the coach. (If a coach has multiple teams, this only has to be uploaded once.)
Teams are also required to have the following, but they do not need to be uploaded as part of check in.

DASC Tournament Waiver for each player (US Club or US Youth Waivers are not acceptable. We do need each player to have the DASC Waiver)

Here are the easy steps for online check in:

Step 1: Go to the Gotsoccer.com. Click on “User Login” in the top right corner

Step 2: Click on “Team & Team Officials”

Step 3: Log In using your team account. This is the same user name and password that you used to register your team for the event

Step 4: Click on the event "2020 Girls Winter Games" or "2020 Pentagon Futsal Challenge"

Step 5: Click on the “Documents” Tab

Step 6: In the bottom right corner, there is a box labeled “Team Document Upload” with a dropdown box. Highlight the document you wish to upload. Select the document from the “Browse” tab.

Step 7: Once the document is selected, hit “Upload File”

Repeat steps 6 & 7 for all documents.

Documents you need to upload: Player Cards, Team Roster, Permission to Travel (except Iowa and US Club), Coach Code Of Conduct

Step 8: Once all steps are completed, click the button “Yes” by “Notify Registrar”

We will then check the documents, and give you a green Check Mark by each document if you are successfully checked in. If there is an issue, we will email you and put a red check mark by the problem document.

Upload Tips


o   They are allowed to be black and white

o   You can take a picture of 5 or 6 together and upload as 1 document. The key is that we are able to read name, Date Of Birth and ID on each card. We are not concerned about the picture being clear.

o   We accept PDF, JPEG or any form of picture

·        For Team Roster

      • You can take a picture or scan this in

      • We need to be able to clearly read the entire document. If it is ineligible, then it will be rejected

      • If you have an official state or US Club roster with more players on it than are actually playing in the event, you can use a pen to cross out the players not playing and submit that roster. It just needs to be clear which players are playing on that team.

      • If you are splitting your roster in half to create 2 teams, you can submit the same roster twice for the different teams, just black out the players not playing on each team, and write in the name of each team at the top.

      • If you have a guest player, just hand write their name at the bottom of the roster, then submit a guest player form and their card in a separate attachment.


We will be checking rosters, player cards and waivers at some games so please make sure the coach has all of this information with him/her. Failure to produce these documents may result in forfeiture of the game and expulsion from tournament.

Every player is still required to sign the DASC Tournament Medical Waiver (located at this link), and the team is expected to have the waivers with at the event. We will just not have you scan them for online check in.
